Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, improve online visibility, and boost brand engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and capture high-quality inbound leads through digital channels including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and other digital assets to maximize lead conversions
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Manage event logistics including booth setup, preparation of marketing materials, and lead follow-up post-events
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging graphics, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content
  • Assist in creating compelling marketing materials to support campaign goals and brand storytelling
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and follower growth
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and ROI

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and paid campaigns
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, content creation, email marketing, and lead generation strategies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media management platforms
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
